Our Founder

Paulette has trained and coached employees across LaGuardia Terminal B and JFK Terminals 4 & 8—spanning customer service, retail, food and beverage, wheelchair services, maintenance, security, and airline operations. She knows what it takes to get consistent performance from hundreds of people, across shifts, under real-world pressure, with zero room for “we’ll fix it later.”

PhenomComm brings 20 years of hands-on talent development experience to every engagement, led by founder Paulette Cunningham.

Her background spans teaching and learning, instructional design, and professional development as an independent contractor—giving her a deep, ground-level understanding of human behavior across roles, industries, and walks of life. That understanding informs every solution PhenomComm designs, delivers, and measures.

Paulette is an award-winning former educator of the public school system, where she learned a core truth that still drives her work today: people rise fast when they’re seen, challenged, and given real structure—not just encouragement. She’s spent two decades proving that principle holds true in classrooms, nonprofits, and high-traffic operational environments alike.
